Phase 1: Barbell Butterfly 8 Week Beginner Program

  • Intensive 2 hour Nutrition Class
  • Hands on Grocery Store Class
  • Gym Readiness Class
  • Written workout routine
  • Weight training classes
  • Access to weight training educational videos
  • Access to our private Barbell Butterfly Family Facebook page! (This includes recipes, lots of daily motivation and is the best way to stay connected to your new Butterfly Family!)

Phase 2: Barbell Butterfly Meltmode

  • 16 weeks
  • Monthly team meetings
  • New challenging weight training routine every 4 weeks
  • Graduation package


** Must complete phase 1 in order to do phase 2.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many times a week would I have to workout?
On average, you will be working out 3-5 days a week.
Is this a group program?
Yes, Barbell Butterfly is a team oriented program. The team helps to encourage and support you on your journey. The team is also a great source of accountability.
What can I eat on this program?
Barbell Butterfly will teach you how to eat healthier. You can buy all of your food at local grocery stores.
